“The Break Down”

How did this happen? Where did you go?

 How come everytime you look at me,

 its like looking at someone else?

All you see is her when you look into my eyes.

And It hurts me, why should I even be surprised?

 

You were my fairytale, you showed me something real,

you helped me forget all of my fears, then wiped away my tears,

you helped me through thick and thin

but then it begins, the story that never ends.

 

You built me up to break me down,

You watched me fall to the ground

Its easy for you to see, Im nothing without you

But I’m not letting you get the best of me

Cause you’re never around

When I need you most,

And its time for me to let you go

Im throwing all of your stuff away,

Forgetting everything I ever knew

But I have to play it cool, now that you’re gone
